People consider coaching for many reasons, but they are often looking for change or have important goals to reach.

You may want to be more effective, be more satisfied at work or in your life, develop new skills or plan a clear future.  I can help you think through your story and discover how things could be different.

Or maybe you want less: less confusion, less stress, less financial pressure....

As a co-active coach, I work on the basis that people are creative, resourceful and whole, and are capable of more than they may think possible.

I create a safe and confidential space, where trust is paramount.

I initially like to meet clients face to face and work in the London and surrounding areas.

The coaching process typically proceeds in the following way:

  • A no-obligation, no-cost conversation to explore how coaching could support your goals.

  • Agreement on the approach to sessions. Coaching is not open-ended and the duration is usually agreed in advance, but can be extended if you think this would be helpful to you. Sessions can be in-person and/or by telephone; and typically last a maximum of 90 minutes.

  • Prior to the first formal session, meet for a preliminary contracting discussion, where goals, roles and responsibilities, scheduling, feedback arrangements and fees are formally agreed.

These services CAN BE particularly valuable to DIRECTORS OR board members and managers, and for those whose roles have recently changed.
